Shipping Policy

We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible!

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders received (Saturday or Sunday) will begin processing on Monday.


Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.


USA Domestic Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $99.
Standard (3–6 Business Days)

UPS and FedEx shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are subject to carrier delays. Orders cannot be canceled in transit.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.

Chargebacks filed for delivered orders will be disputed with carrier confirmation.

Refunds or replacements are issued only if the carrier confirms the package as lost.


International Shipping

We currently do not offer free shipping globally.

UPS shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Rates vary by location and may not be available for certain addresses.

International Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders outside of the USA may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees charged by your country’s customs office upon delivery.

Who Pays?
These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Times
Customs processing may cause additional delays beyond the shipping estimates provided at checkout.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including apartment numbers, suite numbers, or gate/access codes when placing an order.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require the purchase of a new shipping label before the order can be reshipped.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier and returned to us due to reasons such as:

-Incorrect or incomplete address

-Missing apartment, suite, or gate code

-Failed delivery attempts

-Refusal of delivery

The customer will be responsible for new shipping costs to resend the order.

If the customer prefers a refund instead of reshipment, it will be issued once the package is returned to us, excluding original shipping costs.


Returned to Sender

If a package is marked Return to Sender by the carrier, delivery changes can no longer be made while the package is in transit.

Once the package arrives back to us, the customer may choose to:

-Pay for reshipping with updated delivery information, or

-Receive a refund for the order excluding the original shipping cost.
