Returns

We accept returns on unopened products only.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.

Note: If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

Email us at veganpremier@proton.me with your order number and the item you would like to return.

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back.

Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
